This is a fantastic role of Admin/Receptionist for people who have all-round administrative skills and have worked on various booking systems.
Working within a small team and reporting to a Team Manager, your duties as a Admin/Receptionist will include:

As an Admin/Receptionist, you will be responsible for….

Providing and answering service to a varied range of clients in multiple sectors

Using the bespoke booking systems

Booking appointments for customers

Typing accurate information

A variety of ad-hoc Admin tasks
To be successful in this role for Admin/Receptionist you must have:

Ability to deliver tasks to tight deadlines.
