Edwards Employment Solutions are recruiting for an experienced on-going Temporary Customer Care Officer for a key role within an organisation, based in Chesterfield.

 

This is a fantastic role of Customer Care Officer for people who have all-round administrative skills and have worked on various booking systems.

 

Salary details & package - Customer Care Officer

  • £12.21p/h Increasing to 12.84 After 12 weeks

  • 37 hours a week - Mon - Fri 

  • Early finish on a Friday

  • Free onsite parking

  • 28 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays)

 

The Role – Customer Care Officer

As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for….

  • Providing and answering service to a varied range of clients in multiple sectors

  • Using the bespoke booking systems

  • Booking appointments for customers

  • Typing accurate information

  • A variety of ad-hoc Admin tasks

 

To be successful in this role for Customer Care Officer you must have:

  • Good interpersonal and communications skills

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to deliver tasks to tight deadlines.

  • Ability to complete admin tasks accurately and follow instructions.

  • Confidence and ability to establish effective working relationships both internally and externally.

  • Ability to work on your own initiative.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced high-volume environment

  • Ability to work in a pressurised environment.
