The Role – Customer Care Officer
As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for….

Providing and answering service to a varied range of clients in multiple sectors

Using the bespoke booking systems

Booking appointments for customers

Typing accurate information
-
A variety of ad-hoc Admin tasks
To be successful in this role for Customer Care Officer you must have:

Ability to deliver tasks to tight deadlines.
