This is a Temp to Perm vacancy working as a Fabricator in a small, bespoke fabrication company based in Rotherham, specialising in custom welding and fabrication projects across a range of sectors. They pride themselves on their supportive work environment and grown-up approach to teamwork, with a strong focus on quality and craftsmanship.
The successful candidate will have experience in a Metal, Steel Beam & Sheet Metal Fabrication environment. Experience with press brake, bandsaws and other fabrication tools/machinery are a must.
The ability to read engineering drawings and to use an overhead crane is essential. Any welding experience is a plus!

Mon-Thu 7AM-4PM, Fri 7AM-1PM

Hours can be flexible

Lots of overtime available to be paid at X1.5

This is a Temp to Perm opportunity, leading to a permanent contract for the right candidates

The Role
As a Fabricator your day-day duties will include…

Interpreting engineering drawings

Working with mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium

Using Fabrication machines/tools

Working as a team from start to finish of a product
Must have

Experience in Fabrication with proven hands-on experience with projects

Skilled on different fabrication machinery/tools

Must have overhead crane experience

Ability to read and understand engineering blueprints

Experience with sheet metal, aluminium, mild steel and stainless steel
