This is a permanent vacancy based in Nottinghamshire working as part of a specialist team in an architectural metal fabrication company as a Fabricator/Welder.
The successful candidate will have working experience in structural, secondary and architectural metalwork. A relevant engineering qualification will be required.
The ability to interpret technical drawing is essential. Knowledge of all workshop processes ie. Welding, Sawing, Drilling & Folding are a must.

The Role
As a Fabricator/Welder your day-day duties will include…

Interpreting technical drawings and fabricating accurate parts from them

Working with Galvanised & Aluminium Steel

Folding Sheet Metals
-
Adhering to health & safety procedures and carry out safe practices

Working as a team and reporting to the works manager
Must have

Working experience in a structural, secondary and architectural metal work environment

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Skilled on different types of workshop tools & machinery

Hold a relevant engineering qualification
