The Role - Sales Administrator:

As a Sales Administrator for the National Account Team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth processing of customer orders and maintaining strong relationships with national retailers. 

Your responsibilities will include:

✅  Processing and uploading new orders accurately using Shopify (full training provided).

✅  Liaising with customers via phone and email to arrange deliveries, send order acknowledgments, and respond to queries.

✅ Coordinating with the Purchasing team regarding inventory levels.

✅ Assisting with customer enquiries and providing high-level customer service.

✅  Supporting marketing campaigns and attending exhibitions when required.

✅ Maintaining accurate customer records using a bespoke CRM system (full training provided).

✅ Collaborating with the finance department to ensure smooth operations.

✅ Arranging refreshments for client meetings and providing general administrative support.

 

What We’re Looking For - Sales Administrator

🎯  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

🎯 Strong computer skills, including experience with CRM systems and Excel.

🎯 A keen eye for detail and experience in administration.

🎯 A customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

🎯 The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
