Our clients who operate a chain of luxury care homes are recruiting for a professional Administrator to join their team on a Temporary basis.
Pay Rate & Details:
- £12p/h - £12.50p/h, depending upon experience
- 40 hours a week
- 8.30am to 5pm or 9am to 5.30pm
- Free onsite parking
- Accrue up to 28 days annual leave per year
- Auto enrolment for company pension after 3 months
Working in a busy high end care home environment, duties of the Administrator role will include:

General office administration

Collating hours for Payroll
-
Managing rotas and attendance for care staff

Clerical finance admin duties
-
Chasing payment of invoices
-
Administering new starters to the home
-
Onboarding and induction administration
-
Dealing with visitors and relatives of residents
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience in a similar Administrator role/environment would be desirable
- Excellent Administration skills
- Excel knowledge
- Strong numerical skills for collating payroll
- A professional individual
- Someone with great communication skills
